Great Value & Convenient Location Had a fantastic time during my Easter stay at this hotel. the rooms were spacious and well, equipped with free Wi, Fi, satellite TV, and a kitchenette , perfect for short stay. the hotel's convenient location made it easy for me to explore the nearby area and enjoy the local restaurants and attractions.

Located near the offices I was going to visit (that's why I chose it). Free WiFi (although slow connection).
At the end of my stay I was given an invoice for 92 reais, but my visa was charged 279 euros. Either they overcharged me, or the invoice was wrong, or they applied a very bad exchange rate! Did not have a king/queen size bed but two smallish single beds. Even if on your own, it's very uncomfortable. The water from the faucet tastes and smells very bad. It could be the hotel or the city.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel in a nice neighbourhood. The location was very convenient, with a Carrefoure and metro station close by. The room was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, hairdryer, and safebox. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure my requests were promptly taken care of. I also felt safe in the region, which was a big plus.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Convenient location for business travelers
I recently stayed at the Mercure Sao Paulo Nacoes Unidas for a two-day business event, and I must say it was a great choice. The hotel's convenient location made it easy for me to navigate through Sao Paulo's notorious traffic and attend my meetings on time.
Although there was some street noise when I opened the windows for ventilation, it didn't bother me much. Being on the 11th floor helped to minimize the disturbance.

Great location, close to amenities. Well-equipped room, including kitchen and safebox. Friendly and helpful staff. Daily housekeeping service. Prompt resolution of issues.
Nothing at all.

This hotel was perfect for my two-day business event. The location is great in a nice neighbourhood close to a shopping mall, a Carrefoure and the metro station. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a well-equipped room with a kitchen, fridge, hairdryer, tower. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The staff was very nice and helpful.
Nothing, all was good.

During my recent business trip, I had a great stay. The free Wi-Fi was really helpful, and the room was clean and tidy. The hotel's location was also very convenient – there were plenty of good restaurants nearby and a train station just a short walk away.
The breakfast could have been better – the selection was a little limited. the décor and furnishings were a bit outdated, although this didn't really affect my stay.

I recently stayed in a hotel for a two, day business event and was fortunate enough to discover a hidden gem in a nice neighbourhood. the immediate area offered plenty of options, even in the basic bars, and the Metro station was only a short walk away. the rooms were clean, well, equipped, and modern. the service was exceptional, and the breakfast selection was top, notch. I also enjoyed the stunning views from my room.
The gym was quite small and basic, making it difficult to complete my workout routine.
